We thought we were certain of the design of our new kitchen until Scott took it upon himself to propose a secondary design that 'started from scratch'. It was way better and gave us a walk in pantry! - not something you typically find in a Chicago bungalow.
He then laid out all the electrical, lighting, and plumbing, submitted permits, and followed up on permits.
